| Please be 101% sure before claiming! No back-outs once an order confirmation (oc) is sent. | |
| Joy reservers & bogus buyers are automatically blocked and posted accordingly. | |
| If you are a minor (below 18), please make sure that your guardian knows about your transactions online. Please ask them for permission first to avoid any troubles for both parties. | |
| All downpayment (dp) are non-refundable. | |
| Cancellation of transaction: Once an OC is sent and you changed your mind, you are required to pay a cancellation fee | Cancellation fee: 50% of you total. |
| I allow pasalo slots but please inform me first. | |
| Please settle your payments on time! I am lenient with my dop for considerate buyers. I can entertain extensions for valid reasons. | If you can't pay on time, please message me in advance- not on the day of payment. |
| Late payment fees or LPF will be charged for non-compliance with the stated dop. | LPF= 15 pesos per day |
| As seller, I have the right to cancel sketchy transactions (unresponsive buyer, buyers who keep on asking extensions for the dop). | |

| For RTS (return-to-seller-) parcels, if you wished to have your parcel shipped again, you will shoulder all fees including: | 1) sf for shipping BACK to my address | 2) sf for shipping it AGAIN to your address | 3) if there are any fees to claim your parcel from the courier. |
